Sean Mosher: President at Cisco Logistics
Sean Mosher joined Cisco Logistics in April 2015 as the operations manager. He has over 28 years of logistics and operations experience, specializing in oil field logistics and supply chain planning and execution.
He previously served as Operations Manager at Tervita, Operations Manager at Air Liquide, and Operations Manager at HLI Energy.
Mr. Mosher uses his relationship and team building skills to help develop the company’s growth and productivity, while providing integrated solutions to meet the needs of our employees and our customers.
Dustin Hamscher: operations manager
Dustin Hamscher serves as operations manager for Cisco Logistics, including the Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana and the Pennsylvania territories.
Dustin joined Cisco Tucking in August 2013, which became Cisco Logistics in 2014. He has over 15 years in operations experience. Dustin previously served as VP of Weatherford Steel from January 2001 to August 2013.
Dustin is responsible for procedures and strategies to increase customer development, satisfaction, and operational efficiencies.
Kolby Melton: District Operations Manager
Kolby Melton is a District Manager based in the Permian Basin who develops and leads Cisco Logistics Employees to ensure services are completed safely and efficiently each day.
Kolby believes that employees are the most important asset. Having the best employees means delivering the best in service and class to our Customers.
Kolby has worked in Wyoming, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Colorado and Texas servicing the Oil and Gas Industry for over 20 years holding various titles in Refining, Construction, Pipeline, Production and Completions.
Kolby is a trained PEC/H2S Clear instructor holding many certificates in Management and Leadership skills.
Henry Villanueva: Director Of Safety
Henry Villanueva is a Director of HSE who works with Cisco Logistics to keep our company in compliance with OSHA and the EPA.
Henry knows and believes in keeping our employees and owner operators safe, he believes that when an employee goes to work in the morning he should be able to go home the same way he came in that morning, so he or she can go home to their families.
Henry is a trained/certified Safety Professional he has helped several companies keep their work force safe for the last 28 years, as a Certified Instructor and safety professional, he has many safety awards for helping companies keep their safety record at a low level.
Keannon Bailey: Logistics Manager
Keannon Bailey is the Cisco Logistics Field Operations Manager. Keannon works with sand coordinators, truck drivers, and dispatch to ensure the proper sand is delivered and unloaded on site in a timely and efficient manner without incident.
Keannon believes solid commitment to his company, combined with good leadership and growing relationships, will ensure that his department will thrive and grow, excelling in accurate and rapid sand delivery.
Keannon has 10 plus years of oilfield experience in various areas. He has spent this time learning nearly all aspects of the fracturing process including time onsite and in logistics. He has facilitated growth in each of the departments he has been apart of.
Joe Newman: Director of Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Joe Newman is the Director of Logistics and Supply Chain Management who partners with drivers, dispatch and on site personnel to get the customers product from shipper to consignee in a safe and timely manner. After spending nearly a decade in the oilfield for various companies, Joe knows that logistics is the heartbeat of the Industry. Having strong relationships is what he contributes to his success, It’s how well you connect with the heart-beating people your trying to help. Joe has worked with thousands of drivers and procured over a billion dollars’ worth of frac sand since he has been in the Industry. He has also worked with over 40 different E&P and Pressure pumping Companies. Joe has a degree in Communications from the University of Oklahoma.
Jeff Vogt: Controller Accountant
Jeff Vogt joined Cisco Logistics in February 2016 and serves as the Controller for the company. He has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance including almost a decade in oil and gas.
Prior to joining our Company, he spent 6 years with FTS International serving as the Director of Credit and Accounts Receivable. Prior to that, he worked in roles of increasing responsibility for JP Morgan, Chase, Harley Davidson, and Norwest/Wells Fargo Bank.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas
Jacob Fernandez: District manager
Jacob Fernandez is the South Texas District Manager who is the familiar face out in the field working shoulder to shoulder amongst the Sales Representatives getting to know all Cisco customers within the southern region.
The start of his career with Vertex Solutions to becoming the West Texas District Manager with FTSI Logistics over the Permian and Delaware Basins to the transition of now Cisco Logistics as the South Texas District Manager. His goal has always been to see the district prosper and benefit the company as a whole.
The growth of this industry has been the motivation and drive to provide the best services and relationships to all customers with making Cisco the most reliable and reputable logistics company throughout South Texas.
Tim schneider: Strategic Accounts Manager
Tim Schneider is a strategic accounts manager who works hand in hand with completion & production teams, sand mines and pressure pumping companies in the Oil&Gas industry to develop relationships and provide the most efficient and cost effective last mile solution in frac. sand transportation.
Tim believes that by working side-by-side with organizations, strategically building partnerships through constant and open communication he can help the organization achieve its growth potential.
Tim uses his knowledge of the industry, his experiences as a driver, and his love of the open road to help companies grow to their full potential.
Spencer Stone: Strategic Accounts Manager
Spencer brings two decades of oil and gas experience to his Strategic Account Manager Role with Cisco Logistics. While cultivating strong leadership and decision-making skills serving in the North Dakota Army National Guard and as a law enforcement officer, he embarked on a career in the energy industry as an entrepreneur and business development specialist holding sales management roles with several manufacturers, operators, and service companies to include Anvil International, Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, Exxon Mobil, and Carbo Ceramics.
Spencer holds several degrees to include an Associates in Process Plant Technology (Bismarck State College), Bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Communications (Minot State University), and a Master’s degree in Business Management (University of Mary).
Garry Allen: D.O.T. Supervisor
Garry Allen is the DOT Manager for Cisco Logistics and Cisco Logistics Leasing.
The drivers are an intrical part that keeps the trucks moving and are heavily regulated. DQ files, Electronic logging, medical certifications, drug testing, driver's license and operating authority all play a part in the process.
Garry has 28 years experience in the law enforcement and trucking industry with the State of Texas, Department of Public Safety as a State Trooper, enforcing the laws and regulations. The drivers are encouraged to comply with all regulations required of a driver, physical fitness and hours of service, and adhering to traffic laws.
